A non-refundable application of fee of $45 is due at time of applying for apartment home. A non-refundable administration fee of $135 is due at time of move in.

This community utilizes a Ratio Utility Billing Service (RUBS).  Residents are responsible for payment of the following utilities:  Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, and Trash. Residents must pay a non-refundable RUBS billing fee of $4.08 per month, in addition to the resident’s portion of the property’s utilities for which resident is responsible.
